Gabriel Clark of Wilmington is 7 years old. He hopes to one day be a chef - maybe - at his Uncle Matt's restaurant in Rehoboth.  Uncle Matt is Matt Sprenkle, owner of Shorebreak Lodge on Wilmington Avenue in Rehoboth Beach.
