Celebrating their 11th semi-annual consignment event, Coastal Kids Consignment and their 50+ volunteers help area families get great merchandise for a deal, diligently assisting over 125 families to make money selling items and supporting multiple charities by donating items at the end of the event. This year, financial and in-kind donations will be distributed to Life Crisis of Salisbury, MD; the March of Dimes of Salisbury, MD; the Eastern Shore Pregnancy Center of Salisbury, MD and several other Churches and local shelters.

Gearing up for summer fun and warm weather activities while finding quality brand and designer label kids and baby items can put a crunch on any family’s budget. Coastal Kids Consignment event has brought together thousands of ways to get what you need at a fraction of the price. The one stop opportunity to find spring and summer season items at 60-90% off retail is a not to miss event!

Shoppers will find high quality, gently used items for infants to juniors, maternity and ladies including clothing, shoes, toys, baby gear, strollers, pack and plays, bounce chairs, outdoor play items, home decor and much more! Bigger than a consignment store, Coastal Kids is three day consignment event. Over 18,000 items were available at last year’s Salisbury sale. Laid out like a retail store, shopping is easy with items sorted by size and gender as well as similar item groupings that allow shoppers to find what they need quickly with minimal hunting.

Interested shoppers can browse the sale on Thursday, March 15 from 9am-6pm, Friday, March 16 from 9am-6pm and Saturday, March 17 from 9am-1pm in the Midway Room at the Wicomico Civic Center, 500 Glen Avenue, Salisbury, MD 21804. Admission is free! Cash, Visa and Mastercard will be accepted.

Those interested in selling their merchandise in this sale can do so by loggin on to www.coastal-kids.com. Consignors earn 55-65% of the sales, set their own prices, do not have to be present to sell, can choose to discount or donate items and easily prepare tags with easy to use online software. Receive a check within seven says of event close! Most families earn enough money to cover the cose of clothing their kids for the next season. Sellers will also get the first crack at shopping during a private preview shopping party on Wednesday, March 14th, along with volunteers and new parents. Pre-registration is required for this preview party.
