Stephan & Co. is proud to present salon manager, Clif E. Waters

Clif moved to Rehoboth Beach in 1998 where he spent seven years working and managing a major retail store. He quickly worked his way through the ranks and became the customer service manager. It was here that he mastered his unique and effective customer service and management skills.

In 2005 Clif, began his career in the beauty industry. He began as a salon coordinator and later became a wedding coordinator, scheduling and planning bridal parties. Clif began working as a salon manager with Stephan and Michael in 2010. Over the last 2 years he has become our manager extraordinaire. His bright and cheerful smile adds the finishing touch to any service you receive.

Clif is also a trained makeup artist. After fifteen years of makeup experience he fine tuned his skills on both stage and bridal makeup. Whether it be a night on the town or a special occasion, Clif always makes his clients look and feel flawless.
