The Lewes Building Company was formed in 2007 by John Leebel. John saw an opportunity for a local homebuilder to deliver high-quality custom homes with the efficiency of larger regional builders. Every project is managed from start to finish with John's personal involvement. In 2010, Jeffrey Dawson joined The Lewes Building Company as a Principal and investor. John and Jeff have successfully partnered on various projects over the past 20 years and are committed to establishing The Lewes Building Company as one of the premier builders at the Delaware beaches.
