Small cracks found in concrete on bridge decking

Hairline cracks in the concrete decking of the new Indian River Inlet bridge have slowed down construction, possibly delaying a fall 2011 opening.

But the cracks do not appear to have affected the structural integrity of the $150 million project, ...
