Julia Elizabeth "Betty" (Hobbs) Hitchens,106, passed away peacefully Monday, Feb, 13, 2012, at Atlantic Shore Rehabilitation & Health Center in Millsboro. She was born Aug. 15, 1905, in Laurel, daughter of the late Thomas and Caroline (Holt) Hobbs.
