The Galleries at 20 Baltimore will be filled to capacity for this month's Mosaic Artwalk from 6 to 9 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 12. In the WibergArt Gallery is an opening reception featuring the work of artist C. Viers Mace.

Gracing the hallway walls, Amandeline Gallery has procured, for a limited time only, the beautiful and serene paintings of noted artist Anne Packard. Finally, in something a little unusual, Paintiques Gallery artist Sherry Biele will be demonstrating her skills with extreme face painting designs.

Biele has been face painting for several years at the annual SeaWitch Festival and, with fellow artist Kim Klabe, at the Rehoboth Art League's Outdoor Show. Recently, Biele was asked to participate in painting models' bodies, transforming and creating the "Living Art Spectacular" seen at the Beaux Art Ball.

Those who are planning on attending a costume party this Halloween might want to stop in and browse through the portfolio of possibilities. Visitors are welcome to volunteer their faces as canvases or just come in and observe the magical transformation that can be created with face paint.
