Beverly D. Morris, 78, of Lewes, passed away peacefully Sunday, Oct. 28, 2012, at Beebe Medical Center in Lewes. She was born Nov. 16, 1933, in West Chester, Pa., daughter of the late Amon Elton Deaver Sr. and Ruth (Long) Deaver.

She is survived by two sons: Dr. R. Stephen Smith and wife Mary Carol of Midlothian, Va. and Donald A. Smith and wife Janet of Catonsville, Md.; and three grandchildren: Amy L. Yoshimoto and husband Dean M. of Midlothian, Matthew S. Smith of Richmond, Va. and Stephanie R. Smith of Midlothian.

All arrangements, at the instruction of Mrs. Morris, are private and are being handled by Parsell Funeral Homes & Crematorium, Lewes. Her sons ask your consideration of a memorial contribution to be made to a charity of your choice in Mrs. Morris' name.
