Bin 66 announces 4,000 wine club members
What do 4,000 wine club members look like? “They look like success!” say Tom Bachmann and Tom Poor, owners of Bin 66 in Rehoboth Beach since 2003.
Over the July 4 holiday, the 4,000th Bin 66 Wine Club member signed up to receive the many benefits membership brings, such as the opportunity for wine discounts, special wine sales, weekly wine tastings, invitational tastings, classes on wine and food pairing, and extraordinary cooking classes.
For the past five years Bin 66 was voted by Delaware Today’s Reader’s Choice Awards as the Best Downstate Wine Shop. “We are known to have the best selection of wines at the beach. We have over 1,600 wines from around the world and over 100 labels priced at $10 or less to meet everyone’s taste and budget,” says Poor. “Because of the increasing interest in Rosés this summer, we have stocked the largest selection in all of Sussex County.” 2012 and 2013 promise to be excellent years for United States vintages, Poor says. “Wines from these years will be the best in decades, and we invite you to stop by and check our inventory of these and other fine wines from around the world,” says Poor.
Bachmann is thrilled with the success the business has had. “We are a part of the community, and we feel like family with our customers and other business owners here in Rehoboth,” he says.“Our well-educated, professional staff members take pride in assisting with every customer’s needs and tastes. We handle individual sales up to consultation and delivery for large events.”
Bin 66, at 20729 Coastal Highway in Rehoboth Beach, is an easy drive from north or south.
