Cape Carousel celebrates learning

The first session of the Cape Carousel program concluded Nov. 19 with a community night at the Lewes School. The Cape Henlopen School District after-school enrichment program is offered to fourth through eighth graders in three sessions: October and November; January and February; and March and April. As many as 40 courses are offered each year. For more information go to
