Car fire on Norfolk Street

Rehoboth Beach police are investigating a fire that burned a car Jan. 23 on Norfolk Street.

A white Chevrolet SUV was parked along the 100 block at 8:19 p.m. when the fire started, said Warren Jones, spokesman for the Rehoboth Beach Volunteer Fire Co.

Firefighters responded and put the fire out in about 15 minutes, he said.

Police had no further information at this time.
