Lowe to receive award at March 9 Renew Your Palette event

Heidi Lowe will be the recipient of the inaugural Renew Your Palette Inspirational Life Award recognizing artisans who have overcome adversity to achieve success. The award will be presented to Lowe at the Saturday, March 9 Renew Your Palette event at the Cancer Support Community Delaware, Beebe Health Campus, 18947 John J. Williams Highway near Rehoboth Beach.

The gathering, which runs from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., is a collaboration among the Cancer Support Community Delaware, Salvation Army Creative HeARTS, Rehoboth Beach Boys & Girls Club and Delaware Hospice. The event celebrates the healing power of creative arts and will feature the work of local artists and culinary demonstrations by Boardwalk Plaza Hotel, Robert Peck Catering, Sprouting Chefs and Big Fish Grill. Admission to the event is free.
