Carver-O'Malley attains Certified Residential Specialist designation
Tiffany Carver-O’Malley, Realtor, has been awarded the Certified Residential Specialist designation by the Council of Residential Specialists, the largest not-for-profit affiliate of the National Association of Realtors.
Realtors who receive the CRS designation have completed advanced courses and have demonstrated professional expertise in the field of residential real estate. Fewer than 3 percent of Realtors nationwide have earned the credential.
Home buyers and sellers can be assured that CRS designees subscribe to the strict Realtors code of ethics, have access to the latest technology and are specialists in helping clients maximize profits and minimize costs when buying or selling a home.
“Tiffany’s utmost priority is satisfied customers; Tiffany is driven in life and business by giving a little more effort," said Nora Martin, broker at RE/MAX Realty Group Rehoboth.
She is a member of the award-winning Debbie Reed Team and dedicated to her business, striving to exceed her customers' expectations through patience and communication. Carver-O'Malley learned from a very young age growing up in real estate that purchasing a home can be the single largest investment a person can make. She is committed to providing excellent customer service to buyers and sellers, specializing in residential sales.
Licensed since 2003, Carver-O'Malley has received awards from RE/MAX International for outstanding performance several years running. She is a lifelong Delaware resident who graduated from the University of Delaware with a degree in marketing. Carver-O'Malley now resides in Milton with her husband Joe and daughter Madilynne. She gives back to the community by volunteering with the Sussex County Association of Realtors Foundation, which is dedicated to assisting the needy of Sussex County.
