Chef Gretchen Hanson will demonstrate and provide instruction in braising, roasting, marinating, and reductions with winter squashes and dried crops from 6 to 8 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 15, at The Cordrey Center in Millsboro. Cost is $25 per person.
