The Cape Henlopen Educational Foundation hosted a record turnout of 400 supporters at the annual Winter Jam held Jan. 24 at the Rehoboth Beach Convention Center. Raising funds for teacher grants, character education programs and student performing arts scholarships through the silent auction, live auction and admission fees, retail businesses and community support make this event a success. Live music was provided by the Funsters and Love Seed's Rick Arzt.
