Chili Willy Dijon Chicken Drumsticks

8 chicken drumsticks (can substitute chicken breasts)

3 tablespoons Dijon mustard

2 tablespoons brown sugar

2 tablespoons lemon juice

A few dashes of Chili Willy Hot Pepper Sauce

1/4 teaspoon salt


Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Coat a rimmed baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray and place chicken on it.

In a small bowl, combine mustard, brown sugar, lemon juice, Chili Willy Hot Pepper Sauce, and salt; mix well. Brush half of the mustard mixture over the chicken.

Bake 15 minutes. Turn drumsticks and brush with the remaining mustard mixture. Bake 15 to 20 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink inside.
