Coldwell Banker Resort Realty announces November Top Agents!

Coldwell Banker Resort Realty is pleased to announce the firm’s top producers for the month of November. For the Rehoboth branch, the top listing agent was Dennis Barnes.  The top selling agent and top overall agent was Skip Faust. For the Lewes branch, the top listing agent and top selling agent was Kathy DeGrange. The top overall agent was Steve Newman.

 

Barnes, a licensed Realtor for over ten years, specializes in all types of commercial real estate including land development. Barnes is an active member of both the Sons of American Legion Post 28 and the Knights of Columbus. He also spends time as a mentor to the youth of St. Edmond’s Church in their annual quest to assist Habitat for Humanity.

 

Faust, a licensed Realtor since 1986, is a Lewes native.  He has been recognized as Delaware’s number one agent for the Coldwell Banker Brand for 17 consecutive years and is a member of the President’s International Gold Circle ranking him within the top 5% of all Coldwell Banker sales associates internationally. He is actively involved as a coach and mentor with both Lewes Little League and Henlopen Soccer Club.

 

DeGrange, a licensed realtor since 1987, currently holds both a Maryland and a Delaware Real Estate License. She is involved in Read a Loud Delaware and the Village Improvement Association.

 

Newman, recently licensed in Delaware, has proudly served as an active member of the US Army and Reserves for the past 34 years. He is actively involved as a coach and board member of two local Little Leagues.
