First State Community Action Agency teamed up with Feed the Children, Energizer and Sussex County Health Promotion Coalition Oct. 24 to distribute boxes of food, toiletries, household items and Avon products to low-income families from Sussex, Kent and New Castle counties.

This all took place at Playtex in Dover. Early in the morning, cars lined up through the parking lot at Playtex and out into the streets with vouchers for food and other items.
