Community Resource Center holds open house

The Community Resource Center, located at 37439 Oyster House Road in Rehoboth Beach, held an open house and ribbon cutting March 23. The Community Resource Center is a ministry of the Lewes-Rehoboth Association of Churches and offers service for those in need in the Cape Henlopen School District. Their services include financial assistance, help with state services, health information, budget planning, employment information and temporary housing options.

During the open house prior to the ribbon cutting, supporters, volunteers and staff mingled and showed visitors the facilities. Jonathan Baker, Epworth United Methodist Church; and the Rev. Buzz Hughes of Lewes Presbyterian Church.
