Rehoboth Beach — Fiddlers, banjo players and bluegrass bands competed in the annual Fiddler's Festival at Convention Hall in Rehoboth Beach Oct. 27 after the Sea Witch Halloween Parade. This year's field was small due to the threat of Hurricane Sandy, but those who did attend competed for cash prizes and bragging rights at Delaware's official fiddler's festival.
