Dewey holds End of Season Beach Party

Dewey Beach held its annual End of Season Beach Party Sept. 21 on the beach at the end of Dagsworthy Street. The Dewey Business Partnership and the town of Dewey Beach presented the event. Local restaurants sold food at reduced prices and Jimi Smooth and Hit Time entertained the large crowd. Dewey Business Partnership President Steve “Monty” Montgomery said it was a way for business owners to give back to locals and property owners for a good season. Shown during a break at the busy event are Monty and Dewey Business Partnership Executive Director Kelly Ranirei.
