Sussex Technical High School recently welcomed Adam DiSabatino, an estimator for EDiS Company, a construction management company that serves clients in Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey. DiSabatino visited Sussex Tech during Career-Technical Education Month to learn about its construction trades career-technical programs. He toured the school with Assistant Principal Mike Firch and met the teachers of the carpentry, electrical, and HVAC-R engineering classes.

DiSabatino invited Sussex Tech to bring students to the company’s biennial EDiS Institute Friday, May 9. The all-day institute, committed to vocational education, has teamed up with Leadercast to provide a dynamic experience focused on leadership strategies. Scheduled speakers via simulcast include Archbishop Desmond Tutu, Jack Welch and former first lady Laura Bush.
