Girl Scouts honor local businesswoman Michiko Seto

Girl Scouts of the Chesapeake Bay honored its first Sussex County Woman of Distinction Michiko Seto, owner of Blooming Boutique, at a luncheon May 9 at the Rehoboth Beach Country Club.

Seto, a New Jersey native, is the founder and owner of four Blooming Boutique stores in Lewes, Milford, Rehoboth Beach and Bethany Beach as well as Treasures in Lewes. A graduate of the University of Delaware in fashion merchandising, Seto had an extensive background in retail, banking and direct sales before founding the first Blooming Boutique store in Lewes in 2004.
