Global Delaware Fund donates to Children and Families First
The Global Delaware Fund recently donated 500 copies of "Captain Peaches" books to Children & Families First Delaware. The Global Delaware Fund, established by Haley, is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing goods and services to children at risk in distressed situations. The GDF provides essential services to children and adults locally and throughout the world. Services include financial support for essential needs like clothing, shelter and food; financial support for counseling and mentoring of abused, grief-stricken or disease-afflicted children; and scholarships, fellowships and education grants for students in grades K-12, including special needs and learning-disabled children.
