Prepare for fond farewells when you grill him a piece of fresh-caught fish or barbequed chicken. Either way, DAD will devour a low carb, high-fat, high protein meal, providing an overload of animal protein and depriving him of vital nutrients for a long healthy life.
On the other hand, if you’d like DAD to stick around, treat him to a meal of baked beans, corn on the cob, baked potato topped with sautéed mushrooms and a tossed salad. After dinner sit down for a showing of the award-winning documentary FORKS OVER KNIVES. Then give him a big hug. “Hello, DAD”.
