First State Health & Wellness will be celebrating our 21st year of supporting this wonderful charity, The Ronald McDonald House of Delaware on Saturday, November 10th from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon. 

Come and enjoy free refreshments at our Open House and participate in our fund raiser by bringing donations from the Ronald McDonald Wish List.  These donations are everyday household items, such as:  paper towels, napkins, ketchup, etc.  If you need suggestions click on the link below and it will take you to our website and the Wish List.

In exchange for your donation:

• We are providing a free chiropractic adjustment on November 10th to our exisiting patients
• New patients will receive an examination and consultation at no charge. 
• If you refer a new patient, you will be entered into our raffle for a FREE Cervical Pillow!

Our doctors (Dr. Jessica Bohl, Dr. Trip Del Campo and Dr. John Rees) and our wonderful staff will be donating their time to help this cause.   

PLEASE NOTE:  Both Midway & Milton patients will be seen at the Midway location because our Milton address has been flooded by Hurricane Sandy and we are currently renovating.
