Ho Ho Hot Habañero Holiday Greens

INGREDIENTS:
3 bunches fresh mustard greens
3 bunches fresh turnip greens
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
5 slices bacon
1/3 cup sliced onion
salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon Ho Ho Hot Sauce Naughty Habañero
DIRECTIONS:
Rinse the mustard and turnip greens thoroughly to remove gritty dirt, and place in a 12 quart pot with 8 cups of water. Add the butter, red wine vinegar,
Ho Ho Hot Sauce Naughty Habañero, bacon and onion, and bring to a rolling boil. Continue cooking at a full boil for 20 minutes, then reduce the heat to low, and simmer for an additional 30 minutes, until tender. Taste and season with salt and pepper.
