Home Instead Senior Care presented a Certificate of Appreciation to Halpern Eye Care in Millville Feb. 13 for having the largest gift donations in all of the eight Halpern locations for Home Instead Senior Care’s “Be a Santa for a Senior” program.

The program places Christmas trees in businesses with a senior's names along with a gift wish list. Customers take a name and purchase the gifts and return the gifts to the business for collection and distributions.
