“Jumanji” is an action-packed thriller featuring a potentially lethal board game that, when played, has real-life consequences. When young Alan Parrish discovers it, he doesn't realize its powers until he is magically transported -before the startled eyes of his friend Sarah - into the untamed jungles of Jumanji. Sarah runs screaming from the house, and Alan is never seen again. Twenty-six years later, two young children, Judy and Peter, find the game, roll the dice and release Alan from his prison. Now all three must finish the game. They find themselves encountering huge rhinoceroses, evil monkeys, vicious lions and all sorts of terrifying jungle beasts.
