When you arrive at Justin Thyme you will discover a soothing respite from the usual noisy clamor that the local restaurant scene has become. There are two distinct rooms to serve all your foodie needs. First and foremost is our main dining room which is adorned with gentle pastel blue walls, indirect lighting and candle light, linen table clothes, and even two fireplaces for colder weather. It invites our guests to relax and enjoy an intimate evening. Second is J.T.s  Lounge dubbed as “Cheers of Rehoboth” by our regulars. In J.T.s you will enjoy a casual Bistro environment to talk to friends, watch a game, or just settle in for some great Lite fare!

Our restaurant concept is an amalgamation of 27 years of service to  Rehoboth Beach. We try to blend traditional local favorites, newly conceptionalized entrees, and twists on Classic recipes to give our customers a varied and fun yet approachable menu. All our food is prepared to order with all fresh ingredients. We use no chemicals or additives and barely a hint of salt! This inspiration also led us initially to our name Justin Thyme since fresh herbs have been incorporated into the recipes to avoid the use of artificial flavor enhancers. Further we feel quality does not have to come at lofty price so we have offerings to suite every budget.
