Mad Cat Corn & Black Bean Guacamole

1/2 red bell pepper, minced

1/2 red onion, minced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 (15.25 ounce) can sweet corn, drained

1/2 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed

2 tablespoons Mad Cat Hot Sauce

3 ripe avocados, peeled, pitted and sliced

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 pinch ground black pepper, or to taste

1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro, or more to taste (optional)


Stir red bell pepper, red onion, garlic, sweet corn, black beans, and avocado slices together in a large bowl.

Mix lime juice, salt, black pepper, Mad Cat Hot Sauce and cilantro into avocado mixture until desired texture is achieved.
