One arrested, two sought in Milton shooting
A Georgetown man, 25, was charged and two others are sought in connection with a shooting Nov. 18 that injured a 23-year-old Milton man.
The shooting occurred at 1:20 a.m. Nov. 18 at a home on Nika Lane near Martins Farm Road, said Cpl. John Day of the Delaware State Police.
Police found a man, 23, with several gunshot wounds to his lower extremities. He was taken to an undisclosed hospital where he had surgery for the gunshot wounds. His wounds are not life threatening, Day said.
Jarrel H. Flowers, 25, turned himself in to police Nov. 18 and was charged with first-degree robbery, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony and second-degree conspiracy. He was committed to Sussex Correctional Institution in default of $42,000 cash bond.
Police continue to search for Mark A. Phillips, 22, of Greenwood and Teveya W. Brittingham, 24, of Lewes.
