Mary's Cherry Cotton Candy Wings
· Mountaire Jumbo Party Wings (drummies only)
· Brine of salt, sugar and Pepper
· 1-6.5 oz Bottle Mary's Cherry Rub
· 10 pack of pop rocks
· Lots of Cotton Candy
1. Soak Mountaire wings in brine for 4 hours in a bag.
2. Marinade for 4 hours in Mary's Cherry Rub
3. Cook at 350 until wings are cooked throughout and juices run clear.
4. Coat wings in pop rocks, wrap in cotton candy & serve.
