Maurice Bolden Name Nanticoke's March Employee of the Month

Nanticoke Memorial hospital is pleased to announce Maurice Bolden as its March Employee of the Month.  Mr. Bolden joined Nanticoke’s Environmental Services team in 2010 after 25 years at another healthcare facility.  His experience in housekeeping operations and customer service is admired throughout the hospital.

“Maurice’s work ethic was on display in the Emergency department during hurricane Sandy helping keep the water under control,” said John Cullen, Environmental Services Director. “Whether it is during an emergency or performing daily floor work and patient room cleaning it is the same work ethic he brings to Nanticoke every day. He is constantly on the move taking care of business!”

Maurice has received numerous STAR cards mentioning his wonderful, positive attitude, infectious smile and outstanding service. STAR cards are available throughout the hospital to patients, allowing patients to recognize outstanding care and service.  Maurice’s polite and courteous behaviors set the standard as examples of our Pillars of Excellence at Nanticoke.

Maurice and his wife are the proud parents of their 12 year old daughter, Caitlin.  His hobbies include motorcycles and gardening.  He is an avid Washington Redskins fan.  Nanticoke is proud to have Maurice as a part of its team and is grateful for the excellent customer service, dedication and commitment Maurice brings to Nanticoke every day.
