Millsboro men face child pornography charges
The Attorney General's Office indicted two Millsboro men March 18 in connection with child pornography charges stemming from a January investigation.
Delaware Child Predator Task Force detectives searched an apartment in the 200 block of Main Street Jan. 31, and seized computers and other electronics in connection with a child pornography investigation, said Jason Miller, spokesman for the Attorney General's Office.
Police obtained several files of child pornography and charged Harry K. Roche, 42, with 24 counts of dealing in child pornography. He was committed to James T. Vaughn Correctional Center in default of $600,000 secured bond.
Roche's roommate, Mark A. Stramacchia, 49, was charged with 25 counts of dealing in child pornography and committed to Sussex Correctional Institution in default of $250,000 secured bond.
