NANTICOKE LOOK-IN GLASS SHOPPE ANNOUNCES SPECIAL DELIVERY
The Look-In Glass Shoppe is pleased to announce a very special delivery. Jean Baldwin, Volunteer Services Director and Gift Shop Manager along with Steven Rose, President/CEO of Nanticoke Health Services and Renee’ Morris, Executive Director of the Nanticoke Foundation announced that all proceeds from gift sales will be used toward the purchase of a new fetal monitoring system for Nanticoke Memorial Hospital’s Mother and Baby Care Unit. The new system will assist in promoting positive outcomes by providing a more complete picture of the mother and baby during labor and delivery and enhancing the coordination of care between the physicians and nursing.
“We are so pleased to be able to designate funds to the new fetal monitoring system,” said Ms. Baldwin. “Volunteers spend hundreds and hundreds of hours operating the hospital gift shop. It is so rewarding to them to know their hard work is helping the mothers and babies in our community.”
