New farmers market season begins in Grove Park

May 12, 2014
The market is open Tuesdays, noon to 4p.m., through October in Grove Park, Rehoboth Beach.

The Rehoboth Beach Farmers Market opened its eighth season May 6 with the opening market bell being rung by Rehoboth Beach City Manager Sharon Lynn. Large crowds came out to shop for plants, vegetables, herbs, prepared foods, breads and much more. Music by local favorite Vicki Dee, a cooking demonstration by the Rehoboth Inspired Chefs Initative Hari Cameron, and several new vendors made the season opener a big hit. The market is open Tuesdays, noon to 4 p.m., through October in Grove Park.
