Ocean City Hotel-Motel-Restaurant Assn. holds 39th Annual Trade Show

The Ocean City Convention Center was jam packed with restaurateurs, hoteliers, suppliers, manufacturers, brewers, distillers, chefs - and those who love them. Top Chef contestant and Washington, D.C. celebrity toque Mike Isabella made a special appearance to a capacity crowd March 3. March 4 was no different, as acres of convention center parkiang and neighboring lots quickly filled up.

If it’s Italian, you can buy it from these guys - right there at the show.
Sort of makes you thirsty, doesn’t it?
Just had to show you this cool little car. The Italian ice was good, too.
Seaford Ice. A chip off the old block. (Sorry, I just had to say it.)
Delaware’s own Kirby and Holloway Provision Co. was well-represented in the savory pork department.
This guy just seemed kind of stiff. I suspect it was his first trade show.
Nicky Macaroni from Josephs Gourmet Pasta & Sauces wowed the showgoers with his instant gnocchi.
You can make a lot of bread in the Business of Eating.
I want these things for my kitchen, but I’m not sure what they all do….
