Oven BBQ Tennessee Pork Tenderloin

Lynchburg Tennessee Whiskey Made with Jack Daniels Sweet & Mild



  • 2 pounds of pork tenderloin




Heat the oven to 450° F. Place the tenderloin on a foil-lined baking or roading pan.  Brush with the sauce. Roast for about 30 minutes until the internal temperature is 150° F. Remove from the oven and let the meat rest about 10 minutes before slicing.
