The very first P.J.'s Viking Lacrosse Camp on the campus of Cape Henlopen for girls in grades five through nine was a raging success with 13 coach/counselor instructors and 55 half-day campers.

"It's unheard of to get that kind of response for a first-year camp," Kesmodel said. "Most of the credit goes to Terry Bartley, who is relentless in getting the word out."

The camp donated $600 dollars to a local breast cancer awareness group. Cape instructors included Coaches P.J. Kesmodel and Steve Aubrey along with Kara Voss, Liz Carpenter, Lillie Lingo, Austin Noonan, Lindsay Roach, Meg Bartley, Kimmy Patter, Anna Frederick, Sara Young, Gina Voss and Lizzie Frederick
