Peanut Butter & Jelly BBQ Wings

John Henry’s Pecan Rub  Fire Dust, Ingleby Farms Mesquite BBQ Sauce & Robert Rothschild Hot Berry Patch Preserves.

Ingredients:

Sauce:

Directions:

1. Soak Mountaire wings in maple syrup and John Henry’s Pecan Rub for 4 or more hours

2. Cook in Flavorwave Oven for 30 minutes at 500 degrees. (Can be done in your oven at home on a rack with a pan to catch underneath. Also change cooking time to 45 min. at 350 degrees)

3. Sauce with a mixture of Natural Peanut Butter, Fire Dust, Ingleby Farms Mesquite BBQ Sauce & Robert Rothschild Hot Berry Patch Preserves.

4. Top with a handful of diced almonds.
