Nanticoke Memorial Hospital is pleased to host Baltimore Raven’s Defensive Linebacker, Paul Kruger. Mr. Kruger will be coming to Seaford, Delaware to support Nanticoke’s Mother & Baby Care Center. On Tuesday, November 20, 2012, he will be signing autographs at Subway in Seaford (301 West Stein Highway) between 11:30am and 1:30pm.

Community members are invited to bring a sports item for Mr. Kruger to sign. Merchandise will not be sold at the event. A donation of $20 per signature is requested. Proceeds from the event will benefit Nanticoke’s Mother and Baby Care Center through a new fetal monitoring software system. The new system will assist in promoting positive outcomes by providing a more complete picture of the mother and baby during labor and delivery and enhancing the coordination of care between the physicians and nursing.

Paul Kruger has been a player for the Baltimore Ravens since 2009. Mr. Kruger has also established the Kruger Care Foundation with the mission “to assist individuals and organizations to help enrich the lives of children and families that have been devastated by illness, injury and difficult challenges.” Supporting the Mother Baby Care Unit by giving his time to help raise money for the new fetal monitoring system fits well with his focus of providing for children in need.

This event is hosted by the Nanticoke Health Services Foundation and brought to you by Janine M.
