Fifty-two Red Men and Pocahontas members recently met for their annual Spring Visitation Celebration. They enjoyed a buffet meal prepared and served by the Events Committee.

The Spring Visitation is held annually for the purpose of introducing the incoming elected chiefs for the 2014-15 year.

Red Men Nanticoke Tribe No. 21 Sachem Michael Stramacchia introduced the chiefs of the Nanticoke Tribe to the crowd. Pocahontas Trudy Kruger announced the elected chiefs for Anona Council No. 11 tepee. Following those introductions, Delaware State Great Council Great Senior Sagamore Justin Mitchell and Great Pocahontas Ruth Topper called their chiefs for the 2014-15 year to stand and be recognized.
