Rick has been able to assist others with knowledge that he has gained through his appointments as: 2006 President for the Sussex County Association of REALTORS, a prior Director at the Delaware Association of REALTORS, through Committee membership at the Sussex County Association of REALTORS and National Association of REALTORS Multiple Listing Service, and as current Commissioner on the Delaware Real Estate Commission. In 2007, Rick was voted REALTOR of the Year for Sussex County Delaware and again in 2007 for the entire state of Delaware.

Rick holds a Certified Residential Specialist and a Graduate REALTOR Institute designation, and is an Associate Broker. As a certified real estate instructor in Delaware, Rick provides continuing education to other agents.
