Under less-than-ideal conditions, teams did their best to paddle their way to victory June 11 during the second annual Rock and Row Recycle Regatta on Rehoboth Bay. Sponsored by the Center for the Inland Bays, Bethany Blues and 93.5 The Beach, the event offers teams a chance to build boats out of recycled materials.
