Run to the Plunge raises $32,700

Rehoboth Beach — It was 30 degrees at the 1 p.m. start time, but that didn't stop 757 people from running and walking in the annual Run to the Plunge 5K in Rehoboth Beach. The event raised $32,700 for Special Olympics Delaware.
