The Schell Brothers, along with Delmarva Broadcasting’s Eagle 97.7, celebrated the 12 days of Christmas from Dec.1 through Dec. 12 by stuffing a DART bus full of toy for Toys for Tots.

Petch and Paula Sangeleer from the Morning Show at Eagle 97.7 spent 12 hours a day, seven days a week during the 12 days of Christmas in front of the Schell Brothers office collecting toys, jackets and trying to fill up the DART bus.

On Dec. 12, with the generous support of the community and local businesses, the bus was filled and 49 bikes surrounded the bus. Schell Brothers donated $5,000 for the effort, sending out teams of Schell employees to shop for gifts.

Shown is the DART bus filled with winter coats and hundreds of toys.
