What? A couple springs ago we had massive amounts of rain. There is a parcel on Rt. 24 that was for sale, and still is really that became a lake. I suggested the realtor's increase the price because the parcel became waterfront. Because people are trusting, and naive, disclosure should be up to the seller by law. It's the right thing to do.
