Shelters open at noon
Seven shelters will open at noon today: William Penn, Middletown, Dover, Cape Henlopen and Indian River high schools, and Smyrna and Milford middle schools. William Penn and Cape Henlopen are medical needs shelters. All others will have nurses staffing. For all shelters, bring medicines, medical equipment and your caregiver if required.
