Sitel to hire 100 customer service call center agents

Client expansion fuels recruitment in Milford center

Sitel, a leading global customer service provider, has announced that it is actively expanding its inbound call center in Milford. The company is hiring 100 positions to provide inbound call center support for a global retailer and specialty coffee and tea roaster via inbound calls and email.

Sitel is accepting applications  at Sitel’s “Careers” section at www.sitel.com or visit the site Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. to submit a resume and speak to a recruiter about job opportunities. Previous customer service experience and strong computer knowledge are preferred. This new round of hiring is prompted by the success of one of Sitel’s major clients.
